This offering supports regular soul attunements as energy therapy, or deeper more complex unravelings (which may include shadow, inner child, inner piece work, shamanic healing( i.e. extraction, dismemberment, soul retrieval, spirit deposession, curse unraveling, etc).

*Sessions may range from 1 to 2 hours. Please specify if you have a preference. Otherwise the time will flow, typically 75 to 90 minutes.

*The sessions are called in through ceremony with a personal altar.. We begin with a checking in and reading from the altar and your energy, followed by HLF energy healing. The energy will have messages during the session via spiritual energies. A recap of the session will be emailed to you to support your complete integration.

*the 3 days following the healing are very sacred time for integrating and making real time changes. the email recap of the session will guide you into maximizing this sacred integration time.

HLF/Filling(this is essentially a sound healing session. the energy is focused on filling you up where you are depleted. these sessions start with a chakra cleanse and is followed by the filling. Filling HLF is great for post surgery and is used a lot for healing shock or PTSD, great for anxiety.)

Usually 1 to 3 chakras are the focus. past lives, karmic healing, & inner child healing will often bubble up in these sessions. great for supporting physical wound healing, deeply stuck energy, relationship problems, addiction, and also for rapid transformation.)

HLF/Foundation( the energy focuses on alchemizing core soul wounds/trauma, psychic pain/wounds, karma completion, ener-genetic healing/changing stories in the genes, deep dive healing work.)

I connect with energies of the feet through physical touch and pressure points in relationship to your Whole Self. I also work with the chakra energy system through the feet.
