HLF/Flow ( great if you have no specific intention and would like the energy to guide with what is important to focus on or for you to know at this time. often involves divination. recommend 1.5hr min booking time).

HLF/Fortify (the energy is focused on strengthening your empathic processing system and boundaries. during these sessions we spend time on each chakra, clearing/communing/aligning. Fortify HLF sessions are great for pre surgery and are used a lot as therapy or regular sessions)

HLF/Filling(this is essentially a sound healing session. the energy is focused on filling you up where you are depleted. these sessions start with a chakra cleanse and is followed by the filling which may focus on 1 to many chakras depending on the unique situation. Filling HLF is great for post surgery and is used a lot for healing shock or PTSD, great for anxiety.)

HLF/Focus(the energy focuses on alchemizing the very specific intention or issue you bring. Usually 1 to 3 chakras are the focus. it is not un-common for past lives or inner child wounds to bubble up in these sessions. Focus HLF is great for focused physical wound healing, great for when you know exactly what you want, great for really stuck energy, great for relationship problems, great for working with addiction, and also for rapid transformation.)

HLF/Foundation(the energy is focused on alchemizing core soul wounds/trauma, physical pain/ wounds, emotional pain/wounds, psychic pain/wounds, karma clearing, deep dive healing work.)

Feet communicate so much about overall health. The feet are a microcosm to the whole body. There are chakras and thousands of nerve endings in the feet. Keeping them open, clear, and connected to Earth is beneficial to one's overall well being and to staying true to the natural rhythms of the Soul. This service tends to be deeply healing and detoxifying as I connect with energies of the feet through physical touch and pressure points in relationship to your Whole Self. I also work with the chakra energy system through the feet.

Emotions are energy. Emotion is energy in motion. Stuck or suppressed emotion is stuck energy and is at the source of all dis-ease. To be in right relationship with one’s emotions is to understand them as energy, fuel, and the processing of information essential for higher evolution. To be in right relationship with one’s emotional energy is to live preventatively. When you center the rising feeling in Earth Soul Alchemy, you are remembering this energy as fuel for your transformation, heart expansion, and creative power. Emotional Alchemy Healing sessions are another form of awakening and strengthening the empathic processing system by directly engaging your emotional energy with your own Earth Soul Alchemy. Opening to and tending to the feeling that arises, being in communication and experiencing the alchemy. Emotional alchemy sessions are for those who are ready to take their healing to another level of accountability, to go to the truth of what’s arising, and to directly engage their own elemental healing abilities. These sessions may include conversation, guided meditation, breath work, sound, divination, chakra healing.

1st visit (1.5 to 2 hrs): soul questionnaire sent to you prior to session, review, energy cleanse,

2nd visit(1.5 to 2hrs): emotional alchemy healing session and chakra work preparing for and tuning into heart of what is arising.
3rd visit(2hrs): soul retrieval
4th visit(1 to 1.5hrs): follow up with intuitive flow session, checking in to see what's next, closing ceremony and protection.

Deep heart and soul tending transformational work. Moving through life and lifetimes, the soul can easily become stuck, lost, or fragmented in response to the shock, trauma, and pain of experiences, creating dissonance with life, manifesting in a myriad of ways. To be held in a ceremony of support while a soul piece integrates back home is helps to reduce the risk of a healing crisis. Aspects of Self and inner world can require very specific attention and tending, in order to come home. Giving space to the tending of aspects and soul pieces creates a unified field of harmonic resonance throughout the body, mind, and spirit, that is the frequency of self love.  These sessions include an initial ritual clearing bringing to light energetic debris and blocks which may or may not include curse unraveling, contracts release, attachments clearing etc. The session continues into the heart of the ceremony and in the way your unique journey requires which always includes soul retrieval, and may include past life healing, ancestral healing, and more. This work can create a profound detox in the bodies (spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical). During the 3 weeks you are held in the support of ceremony, a daily tended crystal grid, and on call intuitive support or energy check-ins are available to you. Ceremony is the language of the Soul and also provides a sacred frequency to support this deep level focus of healing and transformation. 

Opening up the channels of divination with stones, plants, cards, or runes to intuit messages on your behalf and communicate with soul energy. You will be asked to bring up to two questions, or intentions to the reading. The divination often opens up a dialogue helping to move energy. Often my hands are guided to do a little energy work supporting energy shifts and openings to assist you in a clearer reception. Great for a redirection, reconnection to spirit, heart, purpose, and path.

Writing is a powerful form of channel I use for healing light and alchemy.  This service is a worthy investment for spiritual guidance over a 6 month period. These activated written channels work with you over time and you may find yourself referencing it many months down the road, receiving more medicine from it each time. There will be a time where you feel complete with it, but it will likely unfold over a 6 month period. Communicating through email, please send me your intention and up to 3 questions. In sacred space, I divine and tune into the Akashic and the cards to bring through the healing light coded words as spiritual guidance and wisdom, uniquely attuned to you, unfolding over the next 6 months.   Often the energy guides me through the chakra system to journey. You will receive an energetic shift through the words each time you revisit them during the time period it is active and working with you.

This can be an add on to most services. It becomes an extension of the session in the form of an email that you will have to reflect upon long after the session. It will continue to work with you as you engage with it in the months to come. So much happens in these sessions that may not be realized by you during the session.  Once the session is complete, I tune back into our time in session together and channel the transcription, as the recap wants to come to you. In the ‘return to the ceremony’, I capture another realm(s) of awareness, opening you up to other dimensions of healing through the words that are written. Transcriptions contain activations, wisdom, and guidance from the session, healing light codes in the written words, and unique spiritual actions that support your full integration.
